Woodhouse Eaves
Situated in the Swithland Woods, the project included a 60 x 40m floodlit arena with a 30m bank of mirrors. This was extremely challenging due to the Swithland rock and the 2.5 metre cut and fill.
Concrete bases for both the American Barn with internal stabling and wash area were completed with rubber walkway and six horse walker. A stone clad retaining wall for the American barn was installed due to its position on the side of a hill.
A pathway was constructed through the woods for access to the paddocks and the paddocks were divided by electric fencing. Access roads and car parking facilities were also constructed.
